Questions studios ask
Do my clients need an account?
No. Each client gets a private, token-secured portal link. The tokens are unguessable 256-bit values stored hashed like passwords, rate-limited against guessing, and revocable by you in one click.
How does the people filter handle privacy?
Face analysis is off by default and enabled in three separate consented stages. It runs on your own server — biometric data never leaves it, is deleted the moment you opt out, and age and gender are never computed at all. Sharing the people filter with clients is a fourth, separate switch.
What happens if a photo has nowhere to go in the album?
In the Photoshop panel, every photo is matched to a frame of its own shape, so a standing portrait is never cropped into a landscape hole. If nothing fits, the photo is listed beside the album by name and stays available for the next spread rather than being squeezed in.
Can I use my own album templates?
Yes. Point the panel at your own PSD and it fills your design — your artwork, your frame shapes, your fonts, including rounded and hand-drawn slots. Confirm which rectangles are photo holes once and it remembers that template permanently.
