Questions studios ask
Do clients need to create an account?
No. Access is a private link secured by an unguessable 256-bit token, stored hashed like a password and rate-limited against guessing. You can reissue it at any time and the old one stops working immediately.
Are my full-resolution files exposed?
No. Proofing galleries serve watermarked previews. Full-resolution files move only when you decide to deliver, and every view or download is a short-lived signed link minted per request — nothing has a public URL.
Does the money go through you?
No. Payments run through your own Razorpay account, so they settle directly with you. We record the receipt; we never hold the funds.
What do downloads cost?
Client delivery is metered at a published per-GB rate with a free monthly allowance, and only counts when files actually leave the platform — gallery browsing uses lightweight watermarked previews, not your originals. The live calculator on the pricing page prices a real season.
