Photography invoice software

Invoices your couples can pay
in the app they already use.

Numbered quotations, invoices and receipts in INR — paid by card, UPI or netbanking through your own Razorpay account, so the money settles with you and never with us.

Sound familiar?

What this usually looks like today

The invoice is a Word file, the receipt is a WhatsApp message, and the numbers do not match.

A couple paid by UPI three weeks ago and nobody recorded it.

You are not on a payment gateway, so every balance is a phone call.

Chasing the final payment before delivery is the least pleasant part of the job, and it always falls on you.

At year end the accountant asks for numbered receipts and you rebuild them from bank statements.

What changes

How Wedding OS handles it

One numbered chain, not five files

Quotation → contract → invoice → receipt, each numbered and linked to the one before it. Partial payments, expenses, vendor bills and freelancer payouts sit against the same project, in INR, so a wedding’s real margin is visible rather than inferred.

Paid inside the portal

Couples pay from their own portal by card, UPI or netbanking through your Razorpay account. Every payment is verified server-side, the receipt is generated automatically, and the invoice updates on the spot.

UPI without a gateway

Not on a gateway yet? Show a scan-to-pay QR with your own VPA. The client pays in any UPI app and reports the reference; you confirm it against your bank and it becomes a numbered receipt in one click. We will not mark an invoice paid on the client’s word alone — we cannot see your bank account.

The balance chases itself

Reminders go out on overdue invoices in your studio’s timezone, with caps so a client is never spammed. You stop being the person who has to ask.

FAQ

Questions studios ask

Does Wedding OS hold my money?

No. Payments run through your own Razorpay account, so funds settle directly with you. We never sit in the middle of a client payment and never take a cut of one.

Can I collect by UPI without signing up for a gateway?

Yes. Show a scan-to-pay QR with your own VPA. The client pays in any UPI app and reports the transaction reference; you confirm it against your bank and it becomes a receipt. That confirmation step is deliberate — we cannot see your bank account, so we will not mark an invoice paid because a client said so.

Is everything in rupees?

Yes. Quotations, invoices, receipts, expenses and payouts are all in INR.

Can I track what a wedding actually cost me?

Expenses, vendor bills, freelancer payouts and package pricing sit against the project alongside the income, so the margin on a wedding is something you can read rather than something you estimate.

What does my accountant get at year end?

Numbered, linked documents and CSV exports from the reports, so the year-end pull is a download rather than a reconstruction from bank statements.
