Questions studios ask
Do I have to write code?
No. Automations are configured in the app. Webhooks are there for the case where you already run your own tools and want the events pushed to them.
Will my clients get spammed?
Reminders are capped per invoice, and notifications carry per-category preferences and daily rollups. The defaults are deliberately quiet — an automation that annoys your couples costs you more than the admin it saved.
What events can I react to?
The things that actually happen in a studio: leads arriving, contracts being signed, payments being recorded, selections being submitted and jobs moving through the production pipeline.
Does any of this run if my laptop is closed?
Yes. Scheduling runs server-side in your studio’s timezone, so overnight reminders and weekly digests do not depend on anyone being logged in.
